Job Description

Cinematography:

1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

2. Operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting, and audio gear to ensure professional production standards.

3. Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards, shot lists, and visual concepts.

4. Direct on-set talent and manage production logistics to achieve the desired creative vision.

Creative Coordination:

1. Coordinate and manage multiple creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to align video content with overall campaign objectives.

3. Assist in the development of creative briefs and project plans, outlining goals, timelines, and deliverable.

4. Monitor industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques to enhance video content and storytelling.

Content Strategy:

1. Contribute to the development and execution of video content strategies to drive engagement and support fundraising efforts.

2. Analyze performance metrics and feedback to continuously improve video content and optimize viewer experience.

3. Stay updated on emerging video trends, tools, and technologies to keep Impact Gurus content fresh and relevant.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with motion graphics and animation.

Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for video content.

Familiarity with crowdfunding campaigns and nonprofit sector.
