Job Description Experience - 4+ years Education (MUST) - B.E / B.Tech (CS / IT only) or MCA (fulltime, no distance learning). Must have oracle DB, weblogic. Rotational shifts will be there. Location Delhi Responsibilities: - WebLogic Installation, Upgrade & Patch Management Ability to install WebLogic, perform upgrades, and apply critical/security patches across environments. - Performance Tuning & Optimization Expertise in tuning JVM, Work Managers, thread pools, and other WebLogic parameters for optimal performance. - JMS (Java Messaging Service) & Queues Management In-depth knowledge of JMS configuration, distributed queues, and troubleshooting message flow. - Store-and-Forward (SAF) Agents Ability to configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAF agents for reliable messaging. - Data Sources Configuration & Tuning Advanced understanding of JDBC connection pools, multi-data sources, and performance tuning. - Thread Dump, Heap Dump & GC Analysis Capability to capture and analyze JVM thread/heap dumps and optimize garbage collection. - WLST (WebLogic Scripting Tool) & Automation Proficiency in WLST scripting, automation for deployments, and environment management. - Advanced Troubleshooting of Environment & Application Issues Diagnose and resolve complex multi-tier problems impacting applications and servers. - Application Deployment & Management Experience in deploying EAR, WAR, and JAR files, version management, and rollback strategies. - Monitoring & Diagnostics Tools Expertise in using WebLogic Console, Oracle Enterprise Manager, and third-party tools for proactive monitoring and alerting.
