Role Description
The CEO will be the strategic leader and driving force of Morning Brew Private Limited, responsible for steering the company’s vision, growth, and brand positioning in the competitive coffee market. This role combines

entrepreneurial leadership

with

hands-on management of sales, marketing, and operations , ensuring the startup establishes itself as a strong and innovative player in the industry.

Professional Experience

10–15 years of progressive experience

in FMCG, beverages, coffee/tea, or related industries.
Proven track record of

leading sales and marketing functions

and delivering measurable growth.
Experience in

brand building, distribution management, and new product launches .
Prior experience in

scaling startups or leading P&L responsibilities

will be a strong advantage.
Exposure to

international markets, imports/exports, and consumer trends

is desirable.

Leadership & Skills

Strong entrepreneurial and growth-oriented mindset.
Exceptional leadership, people management, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to design and execute strategic plans while being hands-on with day-to-day operations.
Financial acumen to manage budgets, drive profitability, and ensure compliance.
Passion for coffee and enthusiasm for creating innovative products and experiences.
