Role Description

Hoovu Fresh is a rapidly scaling company in the floral & FMCG space, focused on delivering freshness with innovation. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a process-driven Accounts Manager who can take full ownership of accounting operations, compliance, and reporting.

What you'll do:

Manage day-to-day accounting – GL entries, bank reconciliations, vendor/customer ledgers

Handle accounts payable & receivable, billing, and reconciliations

Ensure timely monthly closures (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Manage statutory compliance – GST, TDS, PT, PF/ESIC filings

Support audits with schedules and documentation

Generate MIS reports and provide insights on expenses, collections, and cash flow

Implement internal controls and process improvements

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting

5–7 years' accounting experience with strong GST/TDS knowledge

Experience with Zoho Books (preferred) or similar systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently

Work Location: Jakkur, Yelahanka – Bangalore
