Experience
2-4 yrs in Packaging Development
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Creating new package design as per current and upcoming market requirements.
2. Catering to the need of marketing requirements & providing them with right samples/ packaging at the right cost.
3. Coordinating with purchase team, product development team and ensuring the delivery of packing material by the pre agreed timelines.
4. Re-engineering or redesign of packaging for existing products.
5. Responsible in ensuring the new design/packing line runs without error.
6. Conducting all packaging material validation (Factory trial/Transit trial/) prior to qualifying for commercial production.
7. Coordination with R&D for stability trial & packaging material evaluation during course of stability.
8. New vendor development.
9. Driving cost saving projects related to packaging material end to end.
Competencies
Sound Knowledge of working on all kinds of packing materials, high level of People management skills, Good Negotiation skills, open to travel out of station for long periods of time.
