You'll make a difference by: - Leading and mentoring a team of embedded software engineers in design, development, and integration activities. - Driving protocol development and implementation in Linux-based environments. - Having Understanding of Architect, designing, and optimizing software modules using C/C++. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, solutions, and delivery roadmaps. - Ensuring adherence to coding standards, design principles, and best practices. - Conducting code reviews, performance analysis, and debugging. - Owning technical decisions and provide guidance for problem-solving. - Coordinating with stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery. - Having Strong background in Linux environment, socket programming, and protocol development. - Experience in embedded systems, real-time applications, or communication protocols like BACnet , KNX - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Proven track record of driving technical topics and leading teams. - Having Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work independently with minimal supervision. - Having Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams. You'll win us over by: - Holding a graduate BE / B.Tech / MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc with good academic record. - 8/10+ years of professional experience in software development with C/C++ programming in embedded domain. - Experience in networking protocols, IoT, or industrial communication standards. - Exposure to Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices. - Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), build systems, and debugging tools.
