Role Overview We're looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes the digital world — someone who knows what's trending before it trends, can shoot content that feels real, and can turn everyday moments into engaging stories. If you can turn a simple product into a viral reel, coordinate shoots like a pro, and bring a Gen Z lens to brand storytelling — you might just be the person we're looking for. Key Responsibilities - Content Ideation: Develop fresh, engaging, and platform-specific content ideas aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives. - Content Creation: Plan and shoot short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) with a strong sense of storytelling and aesthetic. - Trendspotting: Stay ahead of digital, meme, and pop culture trends — adapt them smartly for brands. - Coordination: Manage talent coordination and location setups to ensure seamless content production. - Collaboration: Work closely with strategists to bring integrated campaign ideas to life. - Social Media Familiarity: Understand Instagram, Required Skills & Qualities - Hands-on experience in content shooting (mobile or DSLR). - Understanding of youth culture, internet language, and visual trends. - Creative thinking with a sense of humor and timing that clicks with Gen Z & millennials. - Excellent coordination, time management, and execution skills. - A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of ideas. - Passion for advertising, storytelling, and aesthetics.
