SYSTRA is one of the world s leading engineering and consulting groups specializing in public transport and mobility solutions For over 65 years the Group has been committed to helping cities and regions develop by creating improving and modernizing their transport infrastructure and systems Context In India SYSTRA is an international consulting and engineering company operating in the fields of Metros High Speed Rail Railways Roads Buildings Urban planning and Water Environment for public and private organizations Our engineers work with passion to deliver the most reliable cost-effective and made-to measures solutions allowing end users to move seamlessly SYSTRA s unique expertise is backed with a reputation built through technical excellence delivered on projects Thanks to our know-how of our employees spread across India we are present at all stages from upstream studies to operation and maintenance We provide a comprehensive solution to manage all kinds of missions Detailed Design Consultant Project Management Independent checking services SYSTRA India s comprehensive know-how and expertise in Railways provides a wide spectrum of solutions for any challenge Building a new rail link doubling the capacity gauge conversion upgrading a network improving the performance of existing lines etc Our extensive experience encompasses Bridges station buildings Depots Earthwork Track Works Power Supply and Transmission Signaling Telecommunications Rolling Stock Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation Currently we are bidding for Metro Rail projects across India The position of Sr Property Development Expert is the key position in these BIDs Missions Main Duties Property Development Strategy Develop and implement strategies for property development and commercial utilization of metro assets stations land air spaces etc Site Assessment Planning Identify potential property development sites and perform feasibility assessments considering urban planning zoning market demand and community impact Business Model Revenue Generation Formulate and evaluate business models e g Transit-Oriented Development - TOD to maximize non-fare revenue streams such as real estate leasing station retail spaces and advertisements Stakeholder Coordination Liaise with municipal authorities urban planners developers legal advisors and other stakeholders for approvals and partnerships Tender Contract Management Prepare and review tender documents manage bidding processes evaluate proposals and administer contracts related to property development Design Integration Work with architects engineers and commercial teams to ensure property development plans are technically and aesthetically integrated with metro infrastructure Financial Analysis Conduct financial appraisals and risk assessments for proposed property development projects including investment analysis and return-on-investment projections Compliance Ensure all property development activities comply with relevant laws regulations master plans and environmental guidelines Project Monitoring Oversee implementation of property development projects monitor progress and ensure timely completion and handover Reporting Prepare regular progress reports presentations and documentation for internal management and external stakeholders Market Analysis Innovation Monitor market trends and introduce innovative property development initiatives to enhance metro s commercial viability Dispute Resolution Address and resolve property development-related issues and disputes among stakeholders Profile Skills Graduate in Civil Engineering minimum 20 years of experience in railways or railway related industry minimum 5 years experience in urban rail based passenger carrying system We commit to put people who join us at the heart of improving transportation and urban infrastructure efficiency As we are growing this is time to be a part of this challenging adventure It s not a job - it s a career
