Job Description Content Creator This role at MOSAIC Wellness is for a passionate Content Creator who deeply understands direction, camera work (both iPhone and professional camera), and editing. You will be responsible for visualizing compelling reels that align with business goals, translating initial concepts into high-quality, impactful content. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-End Content Production: Understand weekly narratives, visualize content pieces with scriptwriters, direct ads (including propping and casting), and oversee editing from inception to final delivery. - Camera Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in camera work, including angles, capturing optimal shots from models, and setting. - Visual Storytelling: Visualize transitions and the overall look and feel of video content. - Editing Guidance: Collaborate with the editing team, guiding them on desired output and creative direction. - Feedback Integration: Engage with the business team for feedback and implement necessary changes. - Trend Application: Understand Google/Meta trends and effectively incorporate them into content narratives and output. Qualifications: - 3-6 years of experience in content creation. - Self-starter, go-getter, with a holistic understanding of content. - Aesthetic-minded and detail-oriented. - Extremely conscious about timelines. - Understands basic data analysis. - Target-oriented.
