About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Copilot stack and Azure AI Foundry to drive the design, development, and orchestration of enterprise-grade AI Agents. The role demands a strong blend of technical expertise, enterprise integration skills, and leadership in building scalable AI infrastructure and agentic orchestration frameworks.

This position is ideal for professionals who can work at the intersection of AI/ML, cloud engineering, enterprise systems, and product innovation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent Development & Orchestration

Design, build, and manage AI Agents using Microsoft Copilot extensibility, Azure AI Foundry, and LangGraph-like frameworks.

Implement orchestration pipelines for multi-agent systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and observability.

Optimize agent lifecycle (prompt engineering, grounding, monitoring, retraining).

Infrastructure & Platform Engineering

Architect and manage Azure-based AI infrastructure Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search, Function Apps, Kubernetes, and Event Grid.

Develop secure, compliant, and cost-optimized AI environments with full audit trail.

Implement CI/CD for AI models, agents, and services.

Enterprise Integration

Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms (M365 Copilot, Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, custom APIs).

Develop connectors, plugins, and adapters for seamless interoperability across enterprise ecosystems.

Ensure identity, governance, and compliance alignment using Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and enterprise policy frameworks.

Management & Leadership

Lead cross-functional technical discussions with architects, product managers, and enterprise stakeholders.

Mentor junior engineers on best practices in AI agent design, orchestration, and Azure engineering.

Drive innovation in Copilot extensibility and AI Foundry adoption.

Required Skills & Expertise

AI & Copilot Expertise

Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Copilot extensibility (plugins, connectors, skills).

Proven track record of building AI Agents leveraging Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI.

Strong background in RAG architectures, grounding, tool integration, and multi-agent orchestration.

Azure & Cloud Engineering

Proficiency in Azure services: Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search, Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions, AKS.

Strong understanding of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Bicep/ARM).

Knowledge of scalability, observability, and telemetry (App Insights, Log Analytics, Prometheus/Grafana).

Enterprise Integration

Experience integrating with M365 Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and SAP/ServiceNow/Salesforce ecosystems.

Expertise in APIs, GraphQL, REST, OData.

General Engineering Skills

Strong programming skills in Python, C#, TypeScript/Node.js.

Knowledge of LLMOps / MLOps pipelines.

Strong understanding of data security, governance, and compliance (ISO, GDPR, SOC2).

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate / Azure Solutions Architect.

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI for AI Agent frameworks.

Exposure to UiPath Autopilot / RPA + AI integrations.

Prior experience in leading AI/Cloud projects for BFSI, Energy, or Government sectors.
