Job Description

We are seeking a GEN AI Practice Head for a digital transformation consulting firm specializing in AI, cloud, data analytics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GenAI practice aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify emerging trends and use cases in Generative AI to establish thought leadership.
  • Define and standardize GenAI frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for project delivery.
  • BUILD partnerships with AI technology providers, startups, and academic institutions.
Solution Design and Innovation:
  • Lead the design and development of scalable GenAI-based solutions, including NLP models, image/video synthesis, and creative AI applications.
  • Select tools, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI) for solution deployment.
Team Leadership and Development:
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI consultants.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Drive initiatives to upskill and reskill teams on generative AI technologies and industry best practices.
Client Engagement and Delivery:
  • Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities, pitch GenAI solutions, and onboard new clients.
  • Evaluate client requirements for scalability, performance, and ethical AI considerations.
Financial and Operational Excellence:
  • Owning P&L responsibility for the GenAI practice.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure practice success and client ROI.
  • Drive operational efficiencies to optimize costs, delivery timelines, and resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • BTech / BE degree required.
  • Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, transformers (e.g., GPT, BERT), and diffusion models.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
  • Proven track record in designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions.
  • 12+ Years of experience.
  • Experience working across industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, or media.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
