Responsibilities Major Roles & Responsibilities - Maintain the Laboratory's Quality Assurance Manual, Standard Operating Procedures, MOC and other quality documents. 2.Responsible for coordinating the proficiency tests, Gage R&R study, and monitoring Statistical Process Control (SPC) chart, and taking any corrective & preventative actions. 3. Responsibility for maintaining the safety, quality (including adequate monitoring), training, and calibrations of equipment. In case of an instrument failure, the Equipment/Testing , arranges the repair with internal or external technical supports and ensures the repair is performed to meet the Celanese quality and safety guidelines. - Act as a prime technical contact and responsible and authorized issuing of Quailty reports (COA,TDS,SDS,etc..) ,Ensures accurate review, reporting and release of laboratory data and timely completion of tests. - Ensures the QMS ,IATF,GRS,IKEA Quality requirement. - Data analysis of RM Supplier, qualification and defect rate with corrective action - Participation in GLE ( Global Lab Excellence)Meeting for collaboratio &Networking ,Harmonized vision &Startegy ,Knowledge sharing ,Globally agigned method ,results and quality Qualifications Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Plastic Processing/ Material Science. Diploma in Plastic.
