CAE Analyst

Job Description - We are seeking a skilled and motivated CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) Analyst proficient in using Abaqus and HyperMesh to join our engineering team. - Proven experience usingAbaqusfor finite element analysis, specifically in automotive engine background. - Experience withstructural analysis, thermal analysis, vibration analysis, andfluid-structure interactionsin engine components. - Strong understanding of engine systems, materials, and failure modes. - The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced simulations and analyses, utilizing these software tools to support product design, optimization, and validation. - Proven experience usingAbaqusfor finite element analysis (FEA). - Expertise inHyperMeshfor model preparation, mesh generation, and model setup. - Strong background in structural, thermal, and dynamic simulations. - Hands-on experience with post-processing tools likeHyperViewandAbaqus/CAE. - Analytical Skills: Ability to critically analyze simulation results and provide actionable recommendations. - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present and explain complex results to non-technical stakeholders. - Attention to Detail: High level of precision in creating and verifying models, running simulations, and interpreting results.
