JOB SUMMARY Join us in shaping the future of EV battery manufacturing in Sanand, India As a Systems Engineer WMS, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing IT solutions that drive warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring seamless integration between material handling systems, production supply chains, and enterprise applications. You'll collaborate across supply chain, automation, and IT teams, integrating cutting-edge WMS solutions that support performance, scalability, and innovation in battery manufacturing. If you're passionate about warehouse automation, system integration, and making a tangible impact in the EV industry, this is the role for you RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: Manufacturing warehouse management IT Operations: Configure Dassault Delmia Apriso MOM WMS for battery manufacturing workflows. Be proactively involved in the WMS solution design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance. Ensure the WMS is configured to represent all warehouse and logistics workflows. Collaborate with IT solution architects as a teams to translate business requirements into WMS capabilities. Play a fundamental role to enhance WMS and logistics-driven operations. System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of WMS with interfacing to OT systems (SCADA, WCS, Automation, IoT). Enable WMS connectivity with IT systems (ERP, MES, ASRS, WCS) for real-time data flow. Project Management: Ensuring timely delivery and milestone adherence of Manufacturing projects. Technical Ability: Provide technical expertise in development, testing, and cross-functional team engagement. Troubleshoot and resolve WMS-related issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Documentation: Update and maintain comprehensive functional and technical design documentation. Document data workflows between manufacturing systems and enterprise applications. Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and lead workshops for internal and external stakeholders. Support WMS system users to ensure smooth operations and optimal system utilization. Required Skills & Experience: 5 years experience with WMS solutions (essential). Proven ability to configure WMS and integrate with ERP, MES & OT systems. Strong proficiency in C# programming and SQL databases. Experience in ISA-95 & ISA-88 standards for seamless system integration. 3+ years WMS experience in battery, semi-conductor, life sciences, pharma, or biotech industries. Project management expertise in WMS implementation and equipment interface commissioning. Candidate Profile: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years industry experience, preferably in battery giga factories, semi-conductor, pharma, or biotech. Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills for business-IT alignment. Ability to work onsite in Sanand, Gujarat, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
