Job Title Lead Integration Consultant / Developer (Workday)

Location On-site in Pune, India (preferred) or Hyderabad, India (acceptable). Hybrid flexibility available.

Role Type Direct Hire

Salary - DOE

Must Have Skills:

- 5+ years of Workday configuration experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday Studio and integrations development
- Workday Pro Integrations or Workday Extend certification (1 required)
- Hands-on experience with EIB, APIs/Web Services, Cloud Connect, and Studio
- Ability to work on-site in Pune or Hyderabad, with flexibility for occasional weekend go-lives

Responsibilities and Job Details:

- Lead the development, configuration, and deployment of Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, and other tools
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Support and maintain existing integrations, ensuring reliability and performance
- Participate in Workday updates and releases, ensuring integrations remain functional and up-to-date
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions
- Work within a fast-paced environment with frequent reprioritization
- Support go-lives, occasionally during weekends, as needed
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday integrations for internal teams
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the HR technology team
- Participate in team syncs and collaboration sessions across geographies
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members within the integrations team
