Job Description Roles and Responsibility - Provide support to the project team in troubleshooting server issues, space utilization, and application performance during PeopleTools upgrades. - Manage code migrations in PeopleSoft using STAT and other tools. - Document new features of the latest PeopleTools version 8.61. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align on workaround solutions when needed. - Identify dependencies and roadblocks, and escalate critical activities with leadership when necessary. - Work under pressure and meet deadlines. Job Requirements - At least 8 to 10 years of overall experience in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, and PeopleTools. - Experience in at least 2 or 3 PeopleTools upgrade projects. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members. - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with strong customer handling skills. - Experience with Change Management tools like ServiceNow (SNOW) is recommended. - A graduate degree is required.
