- Automation, Productivity and Efficiency: Drive initiatives to enhance automation, improve productivity yield, machine uptime, and overall manufacturing efficiency.
- Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians to achieve production targets and quality standards.
- Quality Management: Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure fabricated products meet consumer electronics hardware standards.
- Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
