Agile - Mainframe development and processing using COBOL - Oversee activities of junior Application Developers, as applicable and provide individuals with constructive feedback as it pertains to team performance - Participate in the design, coding, testing - Assist clients in business/technical specification gathering when requested - To develop detailed analysis/design documents for several enhancement projects - Support the system testing and client integration testing efforts as required - This position provides support for applications and business functions. The Candidate contributes to the identification and reporting of defects in work products.
