Social Media Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage end-to-end social media activities right from content creation to publishing The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing posts creating reels videos and managing social media platforms Key Responsibilities Create social media graphics banners posters carousels and other visual creatives Shoot edit and produce reels short videos and promotional clips for platforms like Instagram Facebook and YouTube Plan schedule and publish posts across all social media platforms Maintain brand consistency across all creatives and messaging Monitor performance of posts and suggest improvements Stay updated with trending audio formats and social media trends Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements when needed Required Skills Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing Strong knowledge of popular tools such as Canva Photoshop Illustrator or similar design platforms Basic video editing skills Good understanding of Instagram Facebook LinkedIn and YouTube algorithms posting requirements Ability to work independently and deliver creative content on time Strong communication and planning skills Nice to Have Optional Knowledge of social media analytics tools Experience with ad campaigns Facebook Instagram Ads Ability to brainstorm campaign ideas Why Join Us Opportunity to handle brand-level social media work Creative freedom to experiment and grow Friendly work environment with supportive team Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
