Work on Physician Billing /(PB/) and Hospital Billing /(HB/) claims. Resolve denials and follow/-up with insurance companies to ensure timely payments. Review and work on CMS 1500 / UB/-04 claim forms. Maintain accurate documentation of all actions taken on claims. Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when required. Required Skills/: Strong knowledge of CMS 1500 / UB/-04 claim forms /(preferred/). Hands/-on experience in Denial Management. Good understanding of R2R cycle in Physician Billing /(PB/) / Hospital Billing /(HB/). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast/-paced, target/-driven environment.
