We are seeking an experienced

SAP Project Manager

to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects. The SAP Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project risks, ensure quality, and deliver solutions that meet business requirements within scope, budget, and timelines. The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, excellent leadership skills, and deep knowledge of SAP systems and business processes.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for SAP initiatives.
Manage full project lifecycle for SAP implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and enhancements.
Lead cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business analysts, and business stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between IT teams, business users, and external vendors.
Conduct regular status meetings, progress reporting, and stakeholder updates.
Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
Ensure SAP solutions are delivered with quality, security, and compliance standards.
Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet business and regulatory requirements.
Oversee integration of SAP with other enterprise systems (FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, BI, etc.).
Support change management activities, including training, documentation, and communication.
Drive user adoption of SAP solutions through workshops and training.
Manage project costs, resources, and vendor contracts.
Track project financials and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.
Apply best practices in SAP project management methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Agile, Activate).
Recommend process improvements for future SAP projects.
Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, and emerging SAP technologies.
