Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Engineer to lead the design and development of both new and existing products. As a pivotal member of our engineering team, you should possess strong analytical and design skills, a profound understanding of software design principles, and advanced problem-solving capabilities. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our customers with outstanding product solutions consistently.

- Development and Maintenance: Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using React, and CSS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Performance Optimization: Optimize web performance by improving core web vitals, including Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), First Input Delay (FID), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS)
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, product management, and back-end developers to define, design, and implement new features.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

- Code Quality: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, code quality, and consistency across projects.

- Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.

- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in web development and performance optimization.

Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Web Developer or in a similar role.

- Proficiency in front-end technologies including ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

- Strong understanding of core web vitals and techniques for performance improvement.

- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.

- Knowledge of SEO best practices and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is advantageous.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Proven experience in team leadership and management, with the ability to mentor developers and drive successful project outcomes.
