Job Description Uniqus is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager with a proven track record in driving digital transformation, automation, and finance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage hands-on experience with digitization, automation, and project management to play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and enabling strategic digital initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Digital Transformation & Automation: Lead the identification, development, and execution of digitization and automation initiatives across various business functions, leveraging AI and emerging technologies to streamline operations. - Finance Transformation: Drive finance transformation projects, enhancing financial processes and systems for improved efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities. - Project Management: Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead comprehensive project planning, execution, and post-implementation review. - Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation across finance and operational functions, reducing manual efforts and significantly enhancing efficiency. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with senior leadership, functional heads, and external partners to understand business needs, define clear requirements, and ensure the successful execution of digital transformation initiatives. - Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by developing and delivering robust strategies for user adoption, training, and stakeholder alignment during digital and ERP transitions. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Six Sigma) is preferred. - Experience: - 5-8 years of experience in digital transformation, automation, finance transformation, or ERP implementation. - Proven experience leading AI and automation initiatives in a business setting. - Strong project management experience, including managing large-scale IT and finance transformation projects. Technical Skills: - Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, SAS will be an added advantage. - ERP implementation would be a preference. - Familiarity with automation tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), AI technologies, and data analytics platforms. - Solid understanding of finance processes and how to optimize them through digitization. Soft Skills: - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
