As part of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in supporting seamless site operations through effective administration and data management. Why Join Us? As a Logistics Officer, you will be key to maintaining accurate logistics records, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting site teams via digital tools and documentation. About Your Team Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, you will work closely with site operations, safety, commercial teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth logistics administration and compliance across all activities. Your Role As a Logistics Officer, you will: - Plan and execute setup of logistics files aligned with site requirements - Maintain accurate reports and forecasts on plant utilization - Update storage area requests and labour histograms for planning and welfare purposes - Manage digital records for plant bookings, fuel consumption, hired plant schedules, operator registers, and daily progress reports - Submit monthly equipment and inspection registers to the Safety department - Compile daily site reports including machinery, manpower, activities, and visitor logs for consultant submissions - Raise Purchase Requests (PRs), track LPOs, and verify invoices with supporting documentation - Maintain scanned backups of resource requests, timesheets, delivery notes, and breakdown logs for cost transfer and contra charging - Coordinate with suppliers on plant breakdowns, servicing, deliveries, and off-hiring - Manage online entry/exit pass requests and scheduling - Oversee documentation for inspections, inductions, toolbox talks, permits, vendor agreements, and more - Liaise with DAEP and airport authorities for landside and airside passes, material entry/exit permits, and driving licenses, tracking expiry dates for passes Skills and Competencies Essential: - Diploma or equivalent qualification - Proven experience in office administration, preferably within construction or logistics - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in MS Office and digital logistics tools - Understanding of LEEDs/Estidama and environmental (ESG) reporting - Familiarity with audit processes and basic data analytics Desirable: - Excellent time-management and multitasking skills - High attention to detail and organizational ability - Comfortable with technology and innovative administrative solutions - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information What We Offer - Opportunity to contribute to some of the most iconic and challenging projects in the region - A high-performing, collaborative site environment with room to grow - Direct involvement in end-to-end construction operations - A full-time, on-site role in the UAE, with hands-on exposure to real-world logistics challenges Ready to drive construction logistics on world-class projects?
