Job Description

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our recruitment team in the IT services and consulting sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving recruitment strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of top-tier talent to our clients.

Requirements

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs, business objectives, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with clients to create customized recruitment strategies that align with their goals, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience while meeting client expectations and timelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights and recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with recruitment consultants and sourcing teams to optimize talent acquisition efforts and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Track and analyze recruitment performance metrics, providing regular reports to clients and internal stakeholders to demonstrate value and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for expanding service offerings and participate in proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in recruitment or account management, preferably within the IT services and consulting sector. Must have account managing experience with organizations like CTS, TCS, Wipro & more
- Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

- Knowledge: Understanding of IT roles and technologies, as well as current trends in the recruitment landscape.
