Role Summary:

As an ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) Application Manager, you will play a strategic and technical leadership role in managing and optimizing ALM tools and processes across the organization. You will ensure seamless application performance, coordinate development needs, support users globally, and help evolve the ALM IT architecture to meet future business demands.

Key Responsibilities:

- ALM Application Oversight:
- Maintain and optimize ALM applications to ensure they are current, reliable, and aligned with user needs.
- Secure Development System Administration:
- Perform regular system upgrades, monitor operations for optimal performance, and deliver 3rd-level support for complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and integrity.
- Global ALM Support & Training:
- Provide advanced technical assistance to users, manage 1st and 2nd level support teams from a technical standpoint, and deliver training to ensure effective ALM tool usage across global teams.
- Development Coordination:
- Act as the key liaison between business users and the development team. Manage and implement change requests to ensure system updates are smoothly integrated and aligned with business requirements.
- ALM IT Architecture Enhancement:
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ALM IT ecosystem, shaping its architecture and data management strategies to support scalability and future innovation.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Software Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application administration, including system upgrades, maintenance, and user optimization.
- Hands-on experience with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps, Azure, and Git.
- Strong understanding of secure development environments and IT infrastructure.
- Proficient in using APIs for advanced system integration and automation.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and quality.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a global work environment.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Certifications or advanced training in ALM tools or DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with enterprise-level IT system architecture and data integration strategies.
