Role Summary Role Description Minimum of 3-4 years of related Private Equity and or Fund Accounting experience Good interpersonal and organizational skills E2E Private Equity knowledge Some understanding of operational functions within Private Equity and or Fund Accounting PERSON SPECIFICATION Adhere to State Street Alternative Investment Solutions AIS strict internal control procedures Ensure monthly and quarterly client deliverables are meet Display ability to performance variance analysis to explain significant movements from quarter to quarter Maintaining the general ledger for various fund entities Preparing supporting work papers for financial statements portfolio schedules and capital account allocations Preparing financial statements and footnote disclosures Analytical review of monthly quarterly investment and fund performance data Reviewing and or preparing of capital calls distributions and bank reconciliations Preparing management annual and incentive fee calculations Preparing various client correspondences Calculating waterfalls and capital account allocations Ensuring compliance with legal documents Maintaining working relationship with all client contacts auditors tax lawyers and banking personnel Special projects as requested Review limited partnership agreements and offering memorandums and ensure compliance with operational and accounting procedures Coordination of annual audit and tax return preparation with external accounting firms Core Must have skills Skill 1 - Must have Private Equity Knowledge Skill 2 - Investran Accounting Skill 3 - Proficient with Microsoft Office Products Excel Word Good to have skills Skill 1 - E2E Private Equity knowledge Skill 2 - Excellent communication organization interpersonal planning and analytical skills Skill 3 - List down the skills in the order of priority Work Schedule Hybrid should be ready On-premise based on need Keywords If any Private Equity Carry calculation Capital call Distribution Mgmt fee Calculations
