Job Title: HR Intern Talent Acquisition

Department: Human Resources

Location: RIICO Industrial area (Sitapura Extension) , Jaipur, Rajasthan

Work Mode: 6 Days | Work from Plant (Sitapura Extension )

Duration: 6 Months (Internship)

Stipend: Yes

Role Purpose / Objective

We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process and other HR projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced HR environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings
- Assist in employer branding and campus engagement initiatives
- Participate in various ongoing HR projects as assigned
- Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Prepare internship reports and support documentation for audits

Qualifications & Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Available to work from Plant 6 days a week
