Dispensing Optician

Job Description Description We are seeking a skilled Dispensing Optician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their eyewear needs, conducting eye measurements, and ensuring the accurate fitting of glasses and contact lenses. Responsibilities - Greet and assist customers with their eyewear needs. - Conduct eye measurements and fitting for glasses and contact lenses. - Provide information on eyewear products and services. - Maintain accurate records of customer orders and prescriptions. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dispensing process. - Assist in inventory management and stock ordering. - Collaborate with optometrists and ophthalmologists to provide patient care. Skills and Qualifications - Diploma or degree in Optometry or Dispensing Opticianry. - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. - Strong knowledge of eyewear products, including lenses, frames, and contact lenses. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to perform accurate measurements and fittings for eyewear. - Familiarity with optical equipment and technology used in dispensing eyewear. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
