Data Management Consultant

Responsibilities A day in the life of a data management consultant at Infosys involves Collaborating with internal and client IT stakeholders defining the to-be processes and producing detailed functional and technical design specifications based on requirements Actively working with and aiding the project team in different phases of the project including problem definition planning and roadmap definition fit-gap analysis effort estimation solution design and development Configuring and building IT systems or software analysis of issues diagnosing the root-cause of such issues seeking clarifications and then identify and shortlist solution alternatives If you think you have the skills to help our clients navigate their next in their digital transformation journey while being part of a strong value-driven organization this is the place for you Additional Responsibilities Hands-on experience with other ETL tools like Informatica or Incorta will be of added value An ideal candidate would also possess experience working with Oracle BI reporting platforms or products Awareness of the latest technologies and trends in the field of data management is preferred A keen sense of interest in learning new technologies and skills Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires travel and or relocation within the country Technical and Professional Requirements We are looking for candidates having a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in designing developing and implementing ETL solutions using Oracle Data Integrator ODI and an overall 2 years of IT industry experience The candidate must have good knowledge and understanding of Data Modeling concepts and techniques The candidate must possess work experience in implementing and or supporting data warehouse systems or solutions The candidate should have the ability to understand business and functional requirements and translate them into design specifications Candidate should also demonstrate strong analytical problem-solving skills Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with team members across geographical locations Preferred Skills Technology- Oracle Fusion Technology- ODI - Oracle Data Integrator Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Bachelor Of Technology Bachelor Of Commerce Bachelor Of Science Bachelor Of Comp Applications Master Of Engineering Master Of Technology Master Of Commerce Master Of Science Master Of Comp Applications Master Of Business Adm Service Line Enterprise Package Application Services
