Job Description

ALLDATA LLC, the leading provider of automotive business solutions, is seeking an experienced Zuora Systems Administrator to join its Technology Infrastructure team. As a member of an innovative and high-performing Zuora infrastructure team you will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to our IT operations, product engineering, QA, and data service support teams. The Zuora Systems Administrator will be responsible for servicing new and existing infrastructure, operating systems, security, and application patching, participating in application and server modernization projects, maintaining monitoring systems, supporting compliance audit requests, and advocating for automation and application of industry best practices throughout the ALLDATA infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily business operations and collaborate with team members to complete assigned Agile story work
- Support internal customers server requests and problems by responding within ticket management system
- Plan, design, configure, patch, test, automate, and implement system changes
- Document processes, procedures, configuration settings and infrastructure design for business continuity and disaster recovery
- Includes on-call activities in team rotation
- Apply strong technical problem-solving skills daily
- Be proactive with a focus on constant improvement and follow through at all levels
- Demonstrate your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Provide excellent oral and written communication
- Support all Zuora or related financial system changes, inclusive of design documentation, implementation testing along with preparation of supporting testing documentation.
- Participate in technical discussions and define requirements for cross-functional projects that interface with billing
- Provide expertise in design, develop and deployment in business process automation using custom workflows
- Provide expertise in building custom reports for cross functional teams
- Perform Zuora system administration tasks
- Create process flow documentation and assistance with user training as needed.
- Escalate close issues and leverage appropriate resources to ensure successful system performance.
- Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of incidents and outages, remediations are implemented for future avoidance, including appropriate communications to business stakeholders.
- Ensure operational excellence around process and procedures, maintain process documentation.
- Communicate with internal customers and senior management regularly on status, risks and emergent issues

Education Requirements and Experience:

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- MUST have 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Resource must be Zuora certified admin
- Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures
- Able to perform tasks with little or no technical supervision
- Must be a team player with great interpersonal and communication skills; time-management skills are critical
- Experience working in Zuora sandbox including deployment across multiple tenants
- Experience working in Zuora APIs
- Knowledge of SQL
- Resource musty be well versed with configuring and managing settings for Zuora Platform, Billing, Payments, and Finance
- Global company experience with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Nice to Have

- The Zuora Systems Administrator should possess 5+ years of hands-on experience directly related to following
- Drupal/web development basic knowledge
- Any CRM tool integrations like MSD
- Multi country, multi language and multi currency experience
