We are currently seeking a Nintex and Power platform to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
- Review existing Nintex workflows, forms, and InfoPath solutions.
- Migrate workflows from Nintex to Power Automate and forms to Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven).
- Build and optimize automated workflows using Power Automate. Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365, and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across applications.
- Document solutions and provide user training/support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4-8+ years of experience Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and Kwizcom.
- 4-8+ years of experience with Nintex Workflows & Forms (on-premises & cloud).
- Strong SharePoint Development Experience
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, and Office 365 ecosystem
- Experience with custom connectors, API integration, and Power Platform governance.
- Familiarity with APIs, REST services, and custom connectors.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD), PowerShell scripting, and security concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
