Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for International Defence Sales. Defence Sales will be responsible for overseeing international sales operations, managing team members, and developing strategies for sales growth in international markets. Daily tasks include analyzing market trends, coordinating with international clients, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. Collaboration with various departments to align sales objectives with company goals will also be a key responsibility. Qualifications - Strong skills in International Sales, Sales, and International Business - Experience in Team Management and leading diverse teams - Proficiency in International Trade regulations and practices - Excellent negotiation and communication skills - Proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies - Ability to work on-site in Noida - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or related field - Mandatory experience in the defense sector
