We work with leading organizations across industries to identify top-tier talent for mission-critical roles. We're expanding our remote team and seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter who is passionate about connecting leadership talent with high-impact opportunities. Role Summary: As an Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for senior and leadership roles across domains. You will engage with clients, understand their talent needs, source high-caliber professionals, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with clients to understand strategic hiring requirements. - Identify and attract senior-level professionals through proactive sourcing strategies. - Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. - Build and maintain a strong network of executive-level talent. - Provide market insights, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence to clients. - Ensure a smooth candidate experience and maintain high standards of communication throughout. - Meet individual targets on closures, TAT, and client satisfaction. Requirements: - 3–5 years of experience in executive or leadership hiring (retained or contingent search). - Strong knowledge of recruitment tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and others. - Experience hiring across sectors such as automotive, manufacturing, IT, consumer, etc., is a plus. - Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote setup. - Proven track record of closing senior-level positions.
