Location: Gujarat (Remote/Work from Any City within Gujarat)

Industry: Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Qualification: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our operations and client base in the Gujarat region. The ideal candidate must come from an Electrical or Mechanical background and have proven experience in utility sales and marketing within the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the O&M sector for utilities (power, water, HVAC, boilers, etc.).

Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close deals with industrial and infrastructure clients across Gujarat.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and OEMs.

Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and suggest strategies to increase market share.

Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams for project delivery and client onboarding.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meets to promote company services.

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business performance in the region.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/business development within the utility or O&M industry.

Sound knowledge of electrical/mechanical utilities such as transformers, DG sets, boilers, compressors, HVAC, etc.

Proven track record of business generation and client acquisition.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives

Reporting To: Business Head

Travel: Frequent travel across Gujarat for client meetings and site visits.
