Hseq Manager

Job Summary The HSEQ Manager with specialization in Quality for HVAC and Electrical Panels is responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations specifically focusing on HVAC systems and electrical panels QMS implement in across factory and project sites This role involves developing implementing and maintaining comprehensive HSEQ policies procedures and programs to promote quality safety and environmental sustainability The HSEQ Manager will collaborate with various departments to identify risks implement preventative measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality assurance at project site Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain comprehensive HSEQ policies procedures and programs with a focus on quality assurance at project site Quality control at site of HVAC systems and electrical panel vendor supply items ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Conduct regular audits and inspections at factory Vendor and project sites to assess compliance of HSE quality standards identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Collaborate with MEP engineering and Supplier teams to ensure the quality of HVAC systems and electrical panels meets established standards and specifications Manage provide guidance and support to HSEQ team To monitor and analyse quality performance metrics track progress and drive continuous improvement initiatives on quality assurance processes HVAC system electrical panel supply items at site including training programs and procedural documentation Investigate quality issues to determine root causes implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence Lead or participate in quality improvement projects safety initiatives as required Submission of the project requirements reports of HSEQ Prepare reports and presentations on quality performance in management review Qualifications Bachelor s degree in engineering Quality Assurance or a related field Advanced degree or professional certifications e g ISO 9001 2015 QMS HVAC certification HSE certification are preferred Proven experience in quality assurance HVAC systems and electrical panel preferably in a manufacturing sheet metal environment Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations HVAC system and electrical panel requirements Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organization Customers Suppliers Demonstrated leadership abilities with the capacity to lead and motivate cross-functional teams Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively If your intrested please share your update resume on yaminee umak cielhr com
