D365 Finance and Operations Technical Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using D365 F&O.

· Design and implement customizations, integrations, and extensions using Microsoft technologies (e.g., X++, Azure, Power Platform, Logic Apps).

· Configure core modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Project Management.

· Develop and maintain custom workflows, business processes, and data migration strategies.

· Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

· Perform system testing, debugging, and performance tuning.

· Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards.

· Support go-live activities, including training, documentation, and post-production support.

· Stay updated with new D365 F&O features, updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

· 3+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O implementation or support.

· Strong knowledge of X++ programming, AOT (Application Object Tree), and D365 F&O architecture.

· Experience with data migration using Data Management Framework (DMF).

· Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Power Automate).

· Understanding of cloud deployment models (Azure, SaaS).

· Knowledge of security models, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance standards.

· Experience with source control (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git).

· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

· Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Developer Associate

· Exposure to DevOps practices in D365 F&O environments.

· Experience with AL (Application Language) and modern development practices in D
