Job Description - Candidates with 15 - 19 years of experience to apply - Candidates who have overseen company secretarial, compliance and legal practice Job Description - Oversee the compliance framework and ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements within the property and real estate industry. - Experience in IPO readiness is very important. - CS & Legal has to come with strong listed background. - Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters, contracts, and risk management. - Manage corporate secretarial functions, including board meetings, resolutions, and statutory filings. - Develop and implement policies to ensure effective corporate governance practices. - Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks. - Act as the key liaison with regulatory bodies and external legal advisors. - Support the business in strategic initiatives by providing legal and compliance expertise. - Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all legal and compliance matters.
