Position Manager - Accounts Compliance Location Panchkula Company Together Events Department Finance Accounts Reporting To Managing Director Job Summary Together Events is seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Manager - Accounts Compliance to lead our financial operations This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring strict statutory compliance maintaining fiscal integrity and managing all financial legal documentation The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in compliance audits and financial documentation along with a proactive and analytical approach to financial management Key Responsibilities Legal Financial Documentation Act as the primary point of contact for all legal and financial documentation Review and interpret legal agreements vendor contracts and client documents to ensure accuracy of financial terms and compliance Statutory Compliance Audits Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST TDS EPF ESIC and other statutory returns Manage compliance with regulatory bodies and coordinate audits and tax assessments Vendor Client Reconciliation Oversee vendor payments and client invoice settlements Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with a focus on contractual obligations Financial Reporting Analysis Support the preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements Contribute to budgeting forecasting and financial analysis Process Improvement Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy Qualifications Skills Experience 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting with a strong focus on statutory compliance audits and financial legal documentation Education Bachelor s degree in Commerce Finance or Accounting MBA Finance or equivalent qualification preferred Technical Skills Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP QuickBooks SAP Strong command of Microsoft Excel In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations GST TDS Income Tax Core Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent attention to detail and communication skills High integrity and ability to handle confidential financial information What We Offer A strategic leadership role in a fast-growing organization Collaborative and supportive work culture Competitive salary and benefits package Professional growth and learning opportunities Apply Now Email hrmanju23 gmail com WhatsApp 9501518713 Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
