We are seeking a Data Scientist with 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, machine learning, statistical modeling, and visualization. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Excel, and analytics tools like Power BI, with expertise in exploratory data analysis (EDA), supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), time series forecasting, and data preprocessing techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

- Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Perform data distribution analysis, univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analysis.
- Data Cleaning & Preprocessing: Use Pandas, NumPy for data cleansing, normalization, standardization, encoding, and missing data treatment.
- Machine Learning: Build and evaluate supervised and unsupervised models including regression, classification, clustering, NLP, and time series forecasting.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct correlation analysis, collinearity checks, hypothesis testing to validate insights.
- Data Visualization: Develop scatter plots, bar charts, and interactive dashboards using Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, and Power BI.
- Model Deployment & Supervision: Train, validate, and deploy ML models, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement.
- SQL & Database Management: Extract, manipulate, and analyze structured data using SQL queries.
- Business Insights: Translate analytical findings into actionable business strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, NLP libraries).
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and Power BI for data handling and reporting.
- Experience in EDA, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.
- Solid understanding of regression, classification, clustering, and time series analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and data distribution analysis.
- Ability to visualize and present data effectively using Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in model supervision and optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for ML model deployment.
- Understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Below JD is for Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist with 10+ years of expertise in machine learning, model development, parameter tuning, and model validation. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python, version control (Git), and scalable model deployment. This role requires hands-on experience in building, testing, and optimizing ML models, ensuring high accuracy and robust performance across various use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Model Development & Optimization: Build and fine-tune machine learning models using advanced parameter tuning, search techniques, and cross-validation (K-Fold, Grid Search, Random Search).
- Model Validation & Testing: Train, validate, and test models using performance metrics like Accuracy, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE), and Classification Metrics.
- Feature Engineering & Selection: Identify key features, perform dimensionality reduction, and improve model interpretability.
- Data Preprocessing & Cleaning: Implement robust data cleansing, normalization, encoding, and transformation techniques.
- Version Control & Deployment: Manage code and model versions using Git, and develop reusable Python packages for scalable machine learning solutions.
- Algorithm Selection: Apply supervised and unsupervised learning methods, including regression, classification, clustering, and NLP-based models.
- Time Series Forecasting: Develop forecasting models for business applications, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Collaboration & Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis.
- Expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, and cross-validation techniques.
- Experience with Git, version control, and developing reusable Python packages.

- Strong mathematical and statistical foundation, including hypothesis testing and probability distributions.

Preferred Qualifications:
