In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across the organisation. You will work closely with senior project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects, adherence to budgets, and alignment with quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 2–6 years of experience and a passion for leading projects in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Support the identification of project goals, requirements, and potential opportunities - Assist in developing project proposals and gaining necessary internal and client approvals - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, plans, and timelines - Help allocate resources and assign responsibilities to team members - Monitor project execution, track progress, and flag any risks or delays - Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project performance - Contribute to post-project reviews and help document lessons learned - Work under the guidance of senior project managers and seek mentorship to develop skills - Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and trends in software development Candidate Requirements - B.Tech in CS with MBA (any specialisation). - Strong organisational and time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Candidates with 2-6 years of experience are welcome. - Basic understanding of project management principles. - Eagerness to learn and grow in a project management role. - Previous experience in a project management or related role - Familiarity with project management software tools Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary package. - Opportunity to grow in a company that values adaptability, learning, and forward-thinking. - Exposure to diverse projects and global clients in a supportive, collaborative work culture.
