Store Manager

Inventory Management Maintain accurate records of all medical surgical pharmaceutical and general supplies Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requests to avoid shortages or overstocking Conduct periodic physical verification of inventory Procurement Vendor Coordination Coordinate with the procurement department for timely ordering of required items Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies in supply Store Operations Supervise day-to-day store operations including receiving inspecting storing and issuing materials Ensure adherence to First-In-First-Out FIFO and or First-Expiry-First-Out FEFO principles Implement proper storage protocols to maintain item integrity especially temperature-sensitive products Documentation Compliance Maintain updated records for stock movement purchase orders GRNs invoices etc Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory norms e g NABH ISO Prepare and present periodic stock and audit reports to management Team Supervision Supervise storekeepers and support staff Assign duties and ensure timely execution of tasks Waste Expiry Control Monitor expiry dates of medicines and disposables Ensure proper disposal of expired or unusable items as per hospital protocols Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Morning shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Education Bachelor s Required Experience Store management 5 years Required Language Marathi Required Work Location In person
