VAPT Engineer

Hiring: VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing) Engineer Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Experience: Minimum 1-2 years Certification: CEH or any recognised VAPT/Penetration Testing certification Work Mode: Full-Time | Work-From-Office Only About the Role iFalcon Consultancy Services LLP is looking for a passionate and skilled VAPT Specialist with strong hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and Linux environment fundamentals. The ideal candidate will help strengthen our clients’ cybersecurity posture through structured testing, reporting, and remediation support. Key Responsibilities - Perform Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing for web apps, mobile apps, networks, APIs, cloud, and on-prem infrastructures. - Conduct manual and automated testing using industry-standard tools. - Prepare clear, technical, and executive-level VAPT reports with findings, risk ratings, and remediation steps. - Work on Linux-based environments for testing, configuration, and analysis. - Support remediation discussions with internal teams and clients. - Stay updated with the latest security trends, exploits, and testing methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of hands-on VAPT experience. - Strong understanding of Linux operating systems. - Mandatory: CEH or equivalent certification (ECSA/OSCP/CompTIA PenTest+/CREST etc.). - Practical knowledge of tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, Metasploit, Nessus, Nikto, OWASP ZAP, etc. - Good understanding of OWASP Top 10, MITRE ATT&CK, and common attack techniques. - Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience with API security testing, cloud security testing, or mobile app penetration testing. - Basic scripting knowledge (Python/Bash).
