We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer who brings a founder-level mindset, thrives in early-stage speed, and wants to build systems that are invisible, intelligent, and built to last. This role works in high-collaboration with the Founder & CEO on product direction and architectural priorities, while maintaining full autonomy in engineering execution. What You Will Build We have a successful MVP, a 75+ partner network, and are now entering the next chapter with Cue Core Controller and the Cue Home App. The architecture is stable, the foundations are built, and the platform is used every day by homeowners, system integrators, and partners. Your role is to strengthen what exists, improve what matters, and build what the roadmap demands. You will work across the four pillars of Cue Home — Cue Home App, Cue Desk, Cue Configurator, and Cue Core Hardware — with a clear mandate: - Make the system faster, more reliable, and more predictable. - Improve user workflows based on real behaviour in real homes. - Build features that directly solve partner challenges on the ground. - Refine configuration logic so complex homes can be set up with clarity and confidence. - Enhance the reliability of the Cue Core hardware controller and maintain offline-first stability. This work is not theoretical — every change you make will immediately impact homeowners, system integrators, and live installations. Your Work Will Be Clear and Fulfilling - The platform exists and the direction is well-defined. - The roadmap is practical and built on real-world needs. - You will work with clarity, purpose, and measurable outcomes. - You will help shape the next version of a system that India’s premium homes will rely on. Who You Are This role requires clarity of thought, technical maturity, and ownership: - Minimum 5 years building full-stack products end-to-end. - Strong understanding of system design, data flows, and how real-world systems behave. - Ability to break down complex behaviour into simple, reliable, scalable solutions. - Works with focus, removes ambiguity, and communicates clearly. - Comfortable in early-stage environments where problems are not predefined. - Takes complete ownership of the work — from design to delivery — without handholding. - Brings ideas, challenges assumptions, and contributes to shaping the product. 📍 Ahmedabad 💼 Competitive Salary
