Job Description Exp- 2-4 yrs Job Location:MITC, Kandivli 1) Invoice Processing:Review, verify Invoices for correctness. Verify with purchase orders, to ensure accuracy. Resolve discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders.Assign Invoices to respective approvers. 2) Co-ordination with Internal Team & Accounts - Resolve Internal team/accounts queries related to invoice. Provide required data related to Invoice. Get invoices approved from Approvers & payment clearance from Accounts. 3) Vendor Communication:Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status. Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues related to missing or incorrect invoices. 4) Data Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processed invoices. 5) Compliance: - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to Invoice processing. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and other legal requirements. 6) Reporting: - Generate periodic reports on invoice processing metrics. - Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing activities. Other competencies : - Knowledge of Excel, Word - Result orientation & execution excellence - Computer Savvy - Must be able to work as per deadlines with readiness to put in extra effort when necessary Must be able to perform related work as assigned
