Meditrina Hospital Kollam is a leading multi-specialty tertiary care hospital in Kerala well recognized for its advanced healthcare services highly skilled team of medical professionals and patient-centric approach With state-of-the-art infrastructure a fully equipped ICU and round-the-clock emergency and specialty services Meditrina continues to deliver high-quality care to patients across the region Position Overview We are looking for a committed and experienced Resident Medical Officer RMO for ICU who will be responsible for providing continuous medical care and monitoring of critically ill patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit The role involves close coordination with ICU consultants nursing staff and allied healthcare teams to ensure timely and effective patient management Key Responsibilities Provide round-the-clock medical coverage for ICU patients Monitor and manage critically ill patients under the guidance of ICU consultants Perform clinical assessments document progress notes and update treatment plans Assist in emergency procedures such as intubation central line insertion arterial line management and resuscitation as per skill and training Ensure strict adherence to ICU protocols infection control practices and patient safety guidelines Liaise with consultants nursing staff and families to ensure clear communication regarding patient condition and treatment Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and clinical discussions Maintain proper documentation patient records and discharge summaries Qualifications Requirements MBBS degree from a recognized university institution Valid Kerala Medical Council Registration Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience prior experience in ICU critical care preferred Strong clinical skills in managing emergencies and critically ill patients Good communication teamwork and decision-making abilities Willingness to work in shifts including nights and weekends What We Offer Competitive salary package commensurate with experience Exposure to advanced critical care practices and procedures Opportunities for continuous learning and career growth in a multi-specialty hospital environment Supportive work culture with a dedicated team of specialists and healthcare professionals How to Apply Interested candidates may send their updated resume to hr klm meditrinahospital com Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 84 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience ICU 1 year Required License Certification TCMC Registration Required Work Location In person
