Core responsibilities include editing recorded videos into engaging content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook, as well as implementing and analysing them. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end handling of video editing and graphic design for recorded videos repurposed for social media. - Create long-form content for YouTube and short-form content optimized for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and Facebook. - Design graphics like thumbnails, banners, and social media posts to complement videos and enhance engagement. - Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable visual identity across platforms. - Work independently, including identifying the most impactful timestamps from recorded videos (e.g., Q&A/Webinars) for engaging short clips and teasers. - Develop videos and graphics that resonate with audiences, turning everyday recordings into shareable, viral-worthy content. Skills Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma - Strong creative and technical skills in both video editing and graphic design. - Ability to work independently, make decisions confidently, and deliver high-quality content without constant supervision. Education, Expertise & Experience: - 3+ years in video editing and graphic design. - Strong portfolio showcasing social media video creation (long-form and short-form). - Understanding of the marketing industry and its trends.
