Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: Mumbai (In-office) Company: ButterWorks (A Schbang Network Company) Experience: 4–6 years About ButterWorks: ButterWorks is a full-stack creative agency powered by content, driven by design, and obsessed with results. As part of the Schbang Network, we work with leading brands across lifestyle, retail, F&B, and skincare — creating design that not only looks good but performs. About the Role: We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can turn ideas into visuals that stop the scroll. Someone who understands skincare as a category — from textures and tones to mood and elegance — and can lead design across UGC campaigns, shoots, and social-first content. Key Responsibilities: - Lead design direction for skincare and lifestyle brands across digital platforms. - Oversee layouts for UGC campaigns, in-house shoots, and brand films. - Collaborate closely with copy, motion, and video teams to ensure aesthetic consistency. - Translate strategy and trends into scroll-stopping creatives. - Manage and mentor junior designers to maintain design quality and pace. What We’re Looking For: - 4–6 years of experience in digital design, preferably with lifestyle or skincare brands. - Strong sense of color, composition, and typography. - Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). - Ability to adapt designs across formats — social, performance, e-com, and video. - Comfortable art-directing product and UGC shoots. - Bonus: Experience in animation or motion graphics.
