Job Title Finance Manager Location Roorkee Department Finance Qualification Chartered Accountant CA - Mandatory Experience 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role Job Summary We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager CA to lead and oversee the organization s financial health The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning statutory compliance budgeting and reporting functions This role requires strong analytical skills leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of finance and accounting principles Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes Prepare analyze and review financial statements MIS reports and variance analyses Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws GST TDS and other regulatory requirements Monitor cash flows working capital and manage funding requirements effectively Liaise with external auditors tax consultants and financial institutions Identify and implement cost optimization strategies and process improvements Develop financial models and dashboards to support strategic decision-making Maintain and enforce internal controls accounting policies and compliance protocols Supervise and mentor junior finance team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting Skills Competencies Qualified Chartered Accountant CA Strong leadership analytical and decision-making skills In-depth knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards Direct Indirect Taxation Proficiency in MS Excel Tally and ERP accounting software Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills High level of accuracy integrity and attention to detail Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
