Company Description At Konecranes we believe that great customer experience is built on the people behind the Konecranes name Everything we do we do with passion and drive We believe diversity drives business success and is the foundation for our growth We welcome different backgrounds and skills that enrich our community and we promote a place where we can ALL be ourselves This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work Responsibilities Maintain safety standards at Site as per company policy Site Engr Should follow all the Site operation processes maintain the same Technical discussion supporting for New Orders by regional sales managers site visit whenever required Visit to Site for Site assessment share the site updates in precise format Based on site urgency need to travel on immediate basis as when required Affiliate performance validation after every 3 months Handle the site individually with affiliate team so need to take ownership while executing the work Financial company target to be adhered without compromise on Safety Site Visits for critical project for Site assessment whenever required also visit for big size projects If any issues related with Site execution Technical then immediately align the Teams call with all Members as well Notification to be raised Regularly review the NC shortage material update with manager for swift closure Close Track of Snag points within the agreed time frame to get the clearance for raising the Erection invoice As per site requirement need to travel another region whenever required Ensure positive feedback on VOC whenever required Project wise HOC data sharing with IS Team and warranty handling team once crane handover to customer Individual Tools Calibration Maintaining the same for ISO audits HOC punctuality - Complete the Crane as per plan agreed timeline SAT issue to be taken up with Tech support to avoid repetition in future ISO Audits Monitoring all HSE Related Documentation on Team site regularly Support customer for under warranty cases whenever IS Team is occupied Customer focused with ready for Emergency travelling Handling Export orders execution supervision whenever needed Would be leading representing the affiliate team at site Awareness of ISO 14001 45001 Standards Qualifications Diploma Electrical Preferred or B E Electrical Field Technician Engineer Total Experience - 4 to 5 Years Additional Information - Konecranes moves what matters We are a global leader in material handling solutions serving a broad range of customers across multiple industries We consistently set the industry benchmark from everyday improvements to the breakthroughs at moments that matter most because we know we can always find a safer more productive and sustainable way That s why with 16 000 professionals in over 50 countries we are trusted every day to lift handle and move what the world needs Konecranes is committed to ensuring that all employees and job applicants are treated fairly in an environment which is free from any form of discrimination
